Stacks and doves

Harvest time brings these stacks (toitean?) out on Uist. These could be seen by Nunton Steadings at Benbecula. The Rock Doves were enjoying the fruits of the Crofter's labour.


It seemed that each time I passed the weather wasn't in my favour, but on one day before they were taken away the sun was shining.
